Mao Feng is savory. This classic baked-dry green tea adopts a slow and low drying process over charcoal making it the mildest green tea of China. Throughout Chinese history Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) has been praised for its magnificent beauty and elegance. Slender green leaves produce a pale liquor with a faint floral aroma. The clean taste is grassy and vegetal, with lightly sweet and fruity notes and minimal astringency.

Brewing Suggestions.

Brew: 1.5 tsp | 2.5g | 250ml water

Temp: 80°C or bring water to a boil and allow it to rest for 3 minutes before using.

Time: 2-3 minutes

Infusions: 1x

Condiments: Plain, lemon
