We are a people first company. The health and safety of our community continues to be our top priority. In light of the recent Coronavirus outbreak we have increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitization in all of our production facilities, distribution centers and office environments.
WHERE DOES YOUR LOOSE LEAF TEA COME FROM?
Our teas are sourced from verdant tea farms across Darjeeling, Assam, North-Eastern India, Bihar, Kangra, Nepal and China.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Packages will be delivered in 7 -15 business days after placing your order. Most of our products are shipped directly from Darjeeling, India, thus, when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
WHAT ARE HARVEST MOON'S SHIPPING COSTS?
Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases over P1500 within Metro Manila. Online purchases below P1500 have a delivery charge of P70 within Metro Manila and P180 outside of Metro Manila.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. Our systems are automated, and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your cart and checkout details before checking out.

CAN I GET SOME SAMPLES SHIPPED OUT BEFORE I BUY MY ITEMS?
At this stage, we’re unable to send out samples, however, we do sell some great loose leaf tea samplers for 10g each.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking details for your online order will be included in your “order dispatched” email. This is generally sent 1 – 2 business days after you place your order.
