Chabessey, a tea growing region of Nepal, is a modest place of nature and diversity just on the border of Darjeeling. Its high altitude and unique terrain produces tea leaves of the finest quality. It has a delicate aroma and a sweet mellow taste and no bitter aftertaste.

Brewing Suggestions.

Brew: 1 heaped tsp of loose tea / 250ml Water

Temp: 80°C or bring water to a boil and allow it to rest for 3 minutes before using.

Time: 3 minutes

Infusions: 1x

Condiments: Plain, lemon, honey

Complements. Best paired with seafood, chicken, salads, and sandwiches.

About the Estate. Chabessey is located just on the border of Nepal and India. It's run by a very modest family who's cultivating and processing tea on a small scale, yet has the potential to build a brand for itself in the specialty tea market.
