Our Classic Organic Black Tea comes from one of the world's top tea estates in the Darjeeling region of India, Jungpana Tea Estate. This spring black is aromatic and bright with a medium body and a brisk cup. The lively floral character is pronounced with refreshing, subtle sweetness of white orchids, hyacinth, and marigold.

About the Estate. Started under the plantation initiative by Mr. Henry Montgomery Lennox, the baton of this fine tea garden came to rest with the Kejriwal Family in the year 1956 and enjoys their patronage and management till date. It is located south of the Kurseong town and the elevation of this scenic garden rests between 1000-1500 metres above sea level. Known to produce very small quantities of exquisite black, green and oolong teas throughout the year, Jungpana has carved out a special niche for itself in elite tea circles.
