Ginger Cardamom chai is one of the most popular varieties of chai across India. Aromatic cardamom pods are crushed and blended with Assam CTC to create this flavorful chai. Vibrant note of cardamom seemingly takes over your senses from the very first sip. The liquor, best treated to a dash of milk, is impressively dense, full-bodied and sweet. Some briskness from the black tea makes a brief entrance towards the end, only to round out the richness and ease the palate.

Brewing Suggestions.

Brew: 1 tsp of Tea / 250ml Water

Temp: 90°C or bring water to a boil and allow it to rest for 2 minutes before using.

Time: 3-4 minutes

Infusions: 2-3x

Condiments: Plain, sugar, honey, or milk

Complements. Cream-based desserts and finger food.
