Christmas Chai is a fun take on the classic chai tea. It's an exotic blend of spices and almonds combined with green tea. The unique fragrance of the cardamom blends together with almond and the other spices in a truly exotic tea. This tea has a strong cinnamon presence that will make it a good choice for sweet tea.

Brewing Suggestions.

Brew: 1.5 tsp or 2.5g of Tea / 180ml Water

Temp: 90°C or bring water to a boil and allow it to rest for 1 minute before using.

Time: 3 minutes

Infusions: 1-2x

Condiments: Plain, Sugar, or honey

Complements. Best paired with fried fish, chicken wings, buttery pies and syrup-based desserts.
